Several years ago, I was exactly where you are now.
Desk job. Long hours. Belly fat I couldn't shake no matter what I tried. I went through the same cycle….motivated on Monday, burned out by Wednesday, guilty by Friday. I bought the gym membership. I tried the diets. I watched the YouTube videos. None of it was built for someone like me.
So I figured it out myself. While working full-time, I transformed my body and more importantly, I built a system that didn't require me to give up my career, my social life, or my sanity to do it.
That system is what I now call The 9-to-5 Fitness Protocol.
Since then, I've coached busy professionals who work 10–12 hour days, travel for work, eat out constantly, and still managed to lose 8–10 kg, improve their blood markers, and build a lifestyle that actually lasts.
My approach is different because I don't just give you a plan.
I give you weekly calls, daily WhatsApp access, real-time adjustments, and the accountability of someone who checks in.
